For Natalie Holt the HVACR industry is about people and building deep and long-lasting relationships.

As HVAC sales executive at Mitsubishi Electric, Natalie looks after the domestic market, residential contractors and dealers.

Even after 23 years in the industry she is passionate about after sales support and connecting with customers. She began her journey with Emailair-Airwell where she took on the role of National Warranty & Service Co-ordinator.

“Here I gained a curiosity and understanding of the technical operation of air conditioning systems whilst delivering support to our national supplier base and the end user/consumer with after sales support," Natalie explains.

She has worked with contractors gaining strong install knowledge before working on the service side scheduling installs, service and spare parts management.

“My deepest passion was developing my career in the B2B sales field where I could offer strong communication skills and a belief that behind all business interactions lies a human connection,” Natalie says.

In her current role she supports the Victorian dealer/contractor network selling premium brand products.
