Nastasha Crosby joined the SP&R Group as a contract administrator and today she is working as project manager.
Nastasha attributes her rapid progression up the corporate ladder to the support she has received from colleagues.
“I think my workplace is indicative of the HVACR industry overall,” she says. “I have worked in a lot of male-dominated environments, and this is the best by far.”
Nastasha says she appreciates the support she receives at SP&R because she didn’t come from a trade background. However, Nastasha is renowned for her attention to detail and she is an avid learner.
“I love learning new competencies and looking for new and innovative ways to improve the business,” she says.
It is clear that Nastasha thrives in the fast-paced world of project management and she is keen to develop her skills further and take on larger projects.
