REFCA Services co-founder & operations manager, Michelle Popofski, is passionate about the air conditioning and refrigeration trade, especially the importance of training.
“We need to protect our trade and our skillset because it is being eroded by the electrical and plumbing trades,” she says.
Her comments are not too surprising Michelle has been a powerhouse in the commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning trade for more than a decade.
She works alongside her husband in the business which was established in 2012. “I am passionate about delivering exceptional results and service to our clients, ensuring their facilities run efficiently and cost-effectively,” she says.
Michelle manages a team of technicians that service over 250 sites. She enjoys working with clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions to fit their budgets and goals.
Michelle loves HVACR because it such a dynamic and complex industry.
