Superior Air Conditioning and Sheet Metal technician, Laurent Tatiano, isn’t just proficient on the tools she has a great attitude and is always willing to take on new tasks and learn about different systems.
As an apprentice her role is varied from pressure testing to welding, and system installations.
These are all jobs that require precision and an eye for detail. “The variety of tasks keep it interesting,” she says. “I enjoy the challenges that come with diagnosing and fixing issues, as well as the satisfaction of seeing a project through from start to finish.”
Often this requires perseverance to deal with difficult installations but Laurent always maintain a positive attitude which boosts team morale and keeps everyone smiling.
