James (Jim) Goldsmith is a HVAC hygiene technician at Hiflow Integrated Services.
She is still in training but knew in the first six months of taking on the role it was a perfect fit.
Prior to joining HVACR Jim was a qualified painter. “I had been interested in the HVAC industry for a number of years and finally decided to make the jump; I am so glad I did,” Jim says.
She started out as a trade assistant to get familiar with the role before deciding to pursue an apprenticeship “I work with a solid and caring team who have been nothing but encouraging about my future,” she says.
Jim’s colleagues describe her as enthusiastic and energetic, qualities that always make a difference.
