Time is running out to nominate for the Women in HVACR Programme.

There is only eight days left for women working in HVACR to nominate with entries closing on 15 August, 2024.

The Women in HVACR Programme is a great way to showcase the climate control industry.

The HVACR workforce is growing, changing and diversifying. It is an industry filled with opportunity and the Women in HVACR programme allows us to showcase the very best.

As we all know excellence does not discriminate between genders.

Great leaders understand that, and they use diversity to nurture growth. According to McKinsey, the most gender-diverse companies are 25 per cent more likely to experience above-average profitability.

Sponsored by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air Conditioners Australia (MHIAA), the programme is a great way to showcase the wide range of careers available in HVACR – whether it’s a trade role, product development position, sales, research or the board room, the opportunities are endless.

Let's recognise talented women making an outstanding contribution to the climate control industry. Entries are welcome from young rising stars through to senior executives. It is about their experience and talent, not their age or title.

CCN selects 20 of the best entries and these women are profiled in the October/November edition of CCN magazine and online.
