She says HVACR is an industry filled with opportunities for those willing to work hard and learn new skills. Her role at AFA Air is multi-faceted and includes setting up jobs, ensuring equipment is procured and installed, managing budgets and ensuring jobs are completed to the highest standard.
Handling a complex schedule is no small feat but Nikaela manages it with finesse. In fact she manages the installation calendars of six teams and over 15 technicians. She says the complexity of projects and the need to constantly adapt to new situations keeps her engaged and motivated.
“The sense of accomplishment I get from successfully completing jobs adds to the rewarding nature of the job,” Nikaela says. “I am part of a talented team that encourages teamwork and collective problem-solving.”
