Thomas Brommer has announced his retirement after a 22-year career with Ziehl-Abegg.

Thomas Brommer began his impressive career at Ziehl-Abegg in May 2002 and worked his way through the company to become vice president of global sales ventilation systems.

Brommer developed the global sales and market strategy at Ziehl-Abegg and built up the worldwide sales organisation by establishing the Group’s own companies on every continent. His tireless efforts led to the development of new international markets in Asia, North and South America.

In February 2004, Thomas Brommer was appointed authorised signatory, taking over responsibility for numerous foreign companies, including Australia, China, the United States, Brazil and many others.

Dr. Marc Wucherer, CEO of Ziehl-Abegg, paid tribute to Brommer's extraordinary achievements:

“Thomas Brommer is the person who helped Ziehl-Abegg to generate a massive increase in volume. He built up the entire global sales organisation and consequently made a significant contribution towards the growth and success of Ziehl-Abegg," Wucherer said.

"His commitment and innovative capacity are extraordinary. I am pleased that Brommer will be remaining with the company as an advisor on strategic topics.”
