Gas analyser manufacturer, Safe Monitoring Group, has closed the acquisition of MEMS AG.
The acquisition by Safe Monitoring Group will lead to a wider range of products and services to support customer needs in current and new applications.
MEMS founder, Daniel Matter, said the acquisition will benefit both companies.
Mems AG, which was founded in 2003, has 20 employees, mostly engineers in the fields of. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, information technology and system technology as well as several physicists.
Safe Monitoring Group CEO, Alexander Larsson, said he was impressed by MEMS product range and broad expertise in electronics development.
“The GasQS products are true enablers of the transition into more efficient and sustainable gas usage around the globe,” he said.
“I´m looking forward to expanding the business together with the team from MEMS.
“Safe Monitoring Group will continue our expansion in new geographies and applications by organic growth and an ambitious acquisition agenda.”
