Refrigerant provider, Zoetic Global, has inked a joint venture with Trident Global Holdings, a Seoul-based conglomerate with holdings in mining, real estate, and carbon capture technology.
Headquartered in the United States, Zoetic Global, said the joint venture is aimed at carbon reduction, hydrogen energy generation and water remediation.
The company’s CEO, Avery Hong, said the two organisations will deliver solutions throughout Asia with the establishment of manufacturing and distribution facilities.
In a statement, the company said this partnership heralds a shared commitment to amplify sustainability efforts throughout the Asian market, with South Korea as the anchor for the region.
Trident Global Holidings chair Yun Jong Hyeog, said the collaboration aligns seamlessly with the company’s commitment to environmental stewardship.
Zoetic Global executive chair, Jerome Ringo, said the alliance is a significant stride forward in realising their collective vision of a greener, more sustainable future.
