Australian startup, SafetyCulture, has launched a range of mobile safety and audit applications that simplify a complicated process while improving workplace safety.
SafetyCulture iAuditor also allows workers to conduct audits and, in real time, quickly evaluate safety and quality. By accessing the platform on desktop, users gain complete visibility over their organisation by analysing real time data to make informed business decisions.
Teams can use the SafetyCulture iAuditor app and platform to create smart checklists, conduct on-site inspections, analyse data and share insights in real time. Users simply download an industry specific checklist template from the public library featured on the SafetyCulture website or create your own template with the drag and drop interface.
Users can add question fields, multiple choice fields, digital signatures and GPS locations, and there are advanced features like Smart and Dynamic Fields. Smart Fields allows users to build a database of hundreds of questions while only showing relevant information based on what answer the auditor selects.
Dynamic Fields adds multiple sets of the same questions without having to retype it. Users can also display information visually by including images or diagrams and there is no need to write reports. Once an audit or inspection is completed it creates an instant report to export in a range of formats from PDFs to XML or Doc. It is an easy way to track compliance and ensure standards are being met across the organisation.
Inspections can be authorised on the spot using digital signatures. Your team, customers or management can sign off instantly. Admin controls also manage access so the right people see the right information. The inspection checklist app is so popular it is used 50,000 times a day in over 80 countries.
All inspections are backed up to the cloud and available in real time. Moreover, there are no big start up fees because it's a monthly subscription service which starts at $9 per user for small teams right through to the premium or enterprise service. Customers can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime.
Finally, tech support is available 24 hours a day, five days a week. SafetyCulture has offices in Australia, the UK and US. Support is offered in a number of languages including Spanish, Catalan, French, German and Japanese.
The company already has clients from around the world including Qantas, Coca-Cola, BHP Billiton and the International Convention Centre in Sydney.
