Grosvenor Engineering Group apprentice, Brianna Gadsby, was exposed to the HVACR industry while working for a wholesaler.
“Interacting with passionate professionals in the field ignited my interest prompting me to pursue work experience with various companies,” she says.
“I found the experience fulfilling, and upon graduating high school, I reached out to the Grosvenor Engineering Group.”
The 19-year-old is in the second year of her apprenticeship and describes it as rewarding.
“It is pretty dynamic, each day presents new challenges. Whether it's troubleshooting complex systems, implementing innovative solutions, or staying updated on industry advancements, there is always something exciting happening,” she says.
“Overcoming problems and fixing refrigeration systems is immensely fulfilling.”
Brianna says the toughest part of the job is the heavy lifting but help is always available.
“Once I have this trade I want to pursue an electrical apprenticeship and get a dual trade.”
