Grosvenor Engineering Group apprentice, Anthony Rochecouste, grew up around HVACR because his father is in the trade.
“That sparked my interest, and I was inspired by my father's expertise and passion for the trade,” Anthony says.
“There are several things that I really enjoy about being a HVACR technician. Firstly, I enjoy the hands-on opportunities. Getting to work with tools and equipment every day is something that I find incredibly rewarding.
"Secondly, I appreciate the variety of work there is in the HVACR industry, every day presents a new challenge, and I enjoy using my skills to troubleshoot and find solutions to problems.
"Finally, I'm excited about the various opportunities that will be open to me at the completion of my apprenticeship. The potential for growth and advancement is really motivating.”
The 21-year-old technician is in his final year as an apprentice and is keen to specialise down the track.
