Airmaster technician, Ryan Harris, did work experience as a technician while he was still in high school.
“I was lucky I started my apprenticeship the following year,” he says.
“This is a job with plenty of variety. Constant learning is the best part of the job.”
Asked about the most challenging part of the trade and the 24-year-old doesn’t hesitate.
“Fault finding. You must take a methodical approach to each job and get to the bottom of what the issues are,” Ryan explains.
“I want to continue studying so I can develop my skills even further.”
Ryan has just started the TAB course to strengthen his fault finding abilities.
