For every ending there is a new beginning.

This quote is a perfect fit for this issue of CCN Magazine.

It is our very first combined December 2014/January 2015 edition.

We get to wrap up one year and launch straight into another – all in a single issue.

This edition actually sets the theme for the year ahead. Readers can expect to see a lot of “firsts” for CCN in 2015.

In recent months we farewelled former national sales manager, Nick Britton-Johnson who was with CCN from its very inception more than a decade ago. Before retiring, he saw CCN's transition from print to online and the launch of CCN Live events.

Now get ready to take it a step further as we enter a whole new media landscape.

CCN's new sales manager, Michael Northcott, is keen to take CCN to the next level (when one door closes, another opens).

Michael plans to broaden our product offerings this year. Readers may have already noticed “triple features” appearing in these pages. This issue is a prime example with our range of features covering data centres, cooling towers and wholesalers.

The “triple” factor is set to become the norm as Michael broadens the content mix with a new features list and reaches out to a much broader cross section of the HVACR industry.

While we are at the crossroads of 2014 endings and new year beginnings I want to thank readers and our advertisers for their ongoing support.

Always remember that this is your magazine – your voice – so keep the editorial contributions coming.

Enjoy a safe and happy Christmas and New Year.  Let's do it even bigger and better in 2015!
