Samsung Electronics Australia has launched its new range of digital variable multi (DVM) air conditioners.
The Samsung DVM S represents Samsung’s latest technology and innovation in the variable refrigerant flow (VRF) air conditioner market.
The new multi head air conditioner range was profiled and available for demonstration at the System Air Con national road show, which travelled around Australia in June and July.
According to Phil Newton, Samsung's vice president of consumer electronics, the DVM S range offers an easy to install feature set designed to improve efficiencies of managing and calibrating multiple units through the use of Samsung’s advanced user interface and remote management technology.
"The Samsung DVM S range is an advanced feature-rich solution,” Newton said. “Through a strong focus on driving innovation via our R&D in air conditioner solutions, we are excited to now make this range available in the Australian market.”
The new DVM system includes the time-saving S-Checker feature that enables automatic system inspections and test reports to be transferred to a compatible PC, plus the remote management system (RMS), which provides remote control and monitoring functions via the internet, a push service to notify in case of a malfunction as well as analysing and assessing power consumption.
Full details of these features are contained in the Samsung air conditioning catalogue, available now.
It also features dual smart inverter compressor technology with vapour injection.
