Even with all the preparations currently underway for the upcoming ARBS Exhibition, the truth is the so-called “real work” hasn’t even begun yet.
That part of the equation begins on May 20, day one of the exhibition.
That’s when we spend long hours at our stand on the trade show floor talking to prospective clients.
The long days are followed by even longer nights schmoozing with those very same clients and our industry peers.
Then we do it all over again on day two, and again on day three.
That’s three very full days ahead. To help readers make the most of this mammoth event, CCN has prepared a special 70-page ARBS preview.
This special issue of CCN covers all aspects of ARBS from floorplans right through to product announcements and, of course, a comprehensive listing of all the best stands and displays.
If you are armed with this May edition of CCN, it’s really all you will need to get through those busy days ahead. And don’t forget to drop by and visit the CCN stand.
If all the pre-work, real work and work generally sounds a little exhausting, spare a thought for the poor souls born in the year 2012.
These are the babies destined to live to the age of 100, meaning they will have to work much longer than us if they want a comfortable retirement.
“Longer working lives” is just one of four global trends that will shape the workforce in the coming decades, according to a report by London Business School Professor Lynda Gratton.
The full report is on CCN’s Facebook page. For those wishing to receive their news weekly rather than monthly, subscribe to CCN’s free e-newsletter at www.climatecontrolnews.com.au.
The website will also feature daily news updates from ARBS so it is important to organise your subscription before the exhibition begins.
