Customer satisfaction is central to the success of any business.
And although its hard to keep everyone satisfied all of the time - we can try.
In today's fiercely competitive business climate it's more important than ever to keep our customers happy. And that's no easy task.
Today's customer is pretty savvy, they have much higher expectations than clients of old.
It means we are giving a lot more, for the same results.
And the extra effort doesn't guarantee success. It just allows us to compete.
Adopting a customer-centric view of the world is the only way to operate in such a results-driven environment. That's why for a business there is no greater reward than a satisfied customer which is why I was thrilled to read the survey results from CCN Live 2014.
Attendees were asked to rate CCN Live 2014 and the results were great they ranged from 'extremely satisfied' and 'very useful' to 'excellent' and 'highly relevant'.
In the final question, survey respondents were asked if they would attend another CCN Live event. Some 83.33 per cent said Yes, 16.67 per cent selected Maybe and the No response received a big fat zero. After only two conferences it's clear we are heading in the right direction.
But to make sure we stay on track we need your feedback so don't hesitate to send in your ideas at anytime, they are always welcome.
Oh dear now you know what's behind my new found zeal for customer satisfaction (joking).
But seriously I am pleased with the survey results and look forward to seeing everyone again at CCN Live 2015.
Another event that has been spreading plenty of customer satisfaction is the very first Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Expo (RACE Expo) which was held in Brisbane last month.
Readers would have seen a full roundup of the two day event in the November edition of the magazine.
The next important event on the HVACR calendar is an energy efficiency seminar series being held this month in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
It is highly relevant and certainly timely as it explores the transition to low Global Warming Potential (GWP) refrigerants and new energy efficient technology.
Presented by B2B Forums in association with the Australian Refrigeration Association (ARA), details are available at www.b2bforums.com.au.
