Bitzer Australia recently launched the latest addition to its Buffalo Trident Delta Series condenser range.

The new third generation LDV-D with a dynamic design incorporates 40 years of engineering excellence, optimised to increase energy efficiency and performance.

The LDV-D has been engineered with modern coil geometry and a semi-floating coil block.

The header tube design is semi-floating to reduce the risk of damage from external influences like compressor pulsations, and allows expansion and contraction in the header and entry tubes.

Gold epoxy-coated fin material has been incorporated for improved corrosion resistance and to meet end user specifications.

LDV-D incorporates the latest in Ziehl-Abegg fan technology with the 800mm ZAplus EC fan.

This new technology, exclusive to Bitzer Australia, features an innovative cowling design with integrated air straightener, providing low sound levels and greater efficiency.

All engineering has been designed to the manufacturer's fan curve optimisation points.

As with the previous Delta Series products, the LDV-D is manufactured with marine-grade stucco housing for proven reliability in the Australian market.

The LDV-D offers a ground-breaking modular design lending itself to flexible applications and faster location for onsite assembly and ease of installation.

Depending on capacity requirements, single module two-, three- and four-fan models, and dual module four-, six- and eight-fan models are available.

For further flexibility, additional modules can be added on site with a retrofit bumper rail assembly to increase system capacity and reduce installation costs.

The new design has a reduced width to make it suitable for container shipping. The LDV-D is an export-ready product.

Optional extras available for the LDV-D include copper fins, dedicated sub-cooling circuit, multiple refrigeration circuits, galvanised or stainless steel case, dry cooler circuiting or fluid cooler application.

With its cutting edge durable design and industry first technology, the LDV-D places itself at the top of the market achieving increased EER, lower operational costs and lower sound levels.
