Advansor has launched an upgrade for ValuePack, a highly energy-efficient CO2 climate solution that builds upon the well-known and proven ValuePack family.
With more than 5,000 units produced, the ValuePack has long been a favourite among Advansor customers, particularly in the food retail segment.
This latest upgrade expands the platform's capacities, making it suitable for a wider range of applications, including cold storage and light industrial applications.
The newly enhanced ValuePack platform features an impressive increase in capacity, allowing for the integration of up to seven compressors in a single unit.
This upgrade delivers 139 kW for cooling, 30 kW for freezing, and 141 kW of heating, all within one energy-efficient solution.
The Advansor patented air-conditioning will provide 25 kW air-conditioning on the same footprint.
According to Advansor standards, the system operates at a standard pressure of 130 bar, which generally facilitates higher capacity and improved energy efficiency and higher safety.
Advansor CEO, Kristian Breitenbauch, said the product is fully configurable with all the energy saving options like low super-heat and cylinder unloading technology and a new option with double controllers connected.
“One of the most severe challenges to speed up the green transition is lack of skilled workers on site,” he said.
“Therefore, we do as much as possible in the factory - all components are calculated, tested and validated individually and together, and all controllers are pre-programmed, and the whole solution is CE-marked and I/O tested.”
Its unique construction combines cooling, freezing, air-conditioning and heating ensuring optimal energy use while maintaining high performance standards, helping businesses reduce their carbon footprint and energy costs.
The whole system is based only on the natural refrigerant CO2 which is non-toxic, non-flammable and does not affect the ozone layer.
