Distech Controls, an innovation leader in energy management solutions, has appointed Puneet Dhiman to the role of regional sales manager for the Australasia Region.
With more than 25 years of experience in various sectors, Puneet will be responsible for developing sales channels across Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and the Pacific Islands, as well developing the necessary support infrastructure and resources to support the entire region.
Puneet is a senior executive and brings extensive experience in building technologies, covering P&L, product marketing and commercial management in large multinational, corporate environments.
Prior to joining Distech Controls, Puneet was head of the Pacific Zone for Healthcare at Johnson Controls in Australia.
He has also held various leadership positions over his 12 years at Schneider Electric, in both Boston, USA and Melbourne, Australia.
Puneet holds a 1st class Bachelor of Technology degree in Instrumentation and Controls engineering from the prestigious National Institute of Technology, Jallandhar, India.
