Carrier has acquired Systemax Pty Ltd, an iAustralian automated logic controls company operating in Queensland, the Northern Territory and Papua New Guinea.
The acquisition expands Carrier’s regional footprint in building automation and controls in the Asia Pacific.
Systemax will join Automated Logic, whidh is part of the Carrier Global Corporation.
The managing director of Carrier Australia, Karl Boerner, said the acquisition aligns with Carrier’s growth strategy.
“It also complements the strengths of our products and services with Systemax’s strong, local presence and expertise in building management system services to deliver complete building automation solutions to customers,” he said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
