The latest intelligent building technologies will be on show at IBTech@ARBS from May 19-21, 2020.

IBTech is a precinct within the ARBS Exhibition which will feature more than 250 exhibitors.

Innovation is driving the development of new products and solutions for digitised buildings and today we are witnessing key systems with greater integration and connectivity.

According to Jon Clarke, Head of Smart Building Technology Delivery at Dexus, this technology will have a major impact in coming years and is changing how buildings are constructed and managed.

However, in such an emerging environment Clarke cites collaboration as critical to the success and progress within the sector, which is why participants will see him and many other key figures at IBTech@ARBS.

“There is no other exhibition in Australia like this, it really is the perfect spring-board for anyone in the industry who is embracing the digitisation of buildings,” he said.

ARBS exhibition manager, Sue Falcke, said ARBS is a product of its participants.

“Most of our exhibitors have been supporting ARBS since its inception in 1998, largely because they know ARBS presents a fantastic opportunity to communicate to the industry and their customers,” she said.

“Exhibitors within IBTech@ARBS embrace this mindset and as a result we are expecting to see some fantastic cutting-edge displays and presentations.”

Exhibitors at the inaugural IBTech@ARBS in 2018 also commented on the success of the concept. Chirayu Shah, general manager, Conserve It said, everyone who visited us in the precinct knew the nature of their business.

“This resulted in meaningful conversations, good connections and some really good, solid leads,” Shah said.

IOTechnic managing director,  Jim Henry, said it is about being in the right place, at the right event, with the right people walking around.

For exhibitors who may wish to participate, there is a limited quantity of exhibition stands still available within the IBTech@ARBS precinct.

The ARBS 2020 exhibition will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
