This session will be led by Su-Fern Tan, the head of ESG for CBRE Pacific Region.
Su-Fern Tan has a blended background in technology and sustainability. She has both design and operations experience spanning a long history of delivering commercial sustainability outcomes in real estate.
Su-Fern has held senior roles at Arup, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Prescriptive Data and Catalent in addition to being on the Board of several high-profile real estate and government committees in the United States such as the US Green Building Council.
At CBRE, as the head of ESG, Su-Fern uses her experience and knowledge to drive ESG outcomes in the property industry through real estate services and proptech. Su-Fern relocated back to Australia from New York in early 2022.
