Designed for both professionals and practitioners, The Healthy Buildings Scorecard is a free self-assessment tool to improve Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) in buildings.
It is ideal for building operators, consulting engineers, HVAC and mechanical contractors, service providers, sustainability managers, facilities managers as well as restoration and remediation specialists.
With over 20 years’ experience, IAQ Ventilation are technical specialists and technology providers for indoor air quality solutions.
Working with leading industry experts and practitioners, IAQ Ventilation has developed The Healthy Buildings Scorecard to promote industry best practices in indoor air quality across residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
The scorecard is an evidence- based framework for measuring, monitoring, and certifying the building features that impact indoor air quality.
“We wanted to bring together the latest IAQ science and research from around the globe and make it easy for people to understand what IAQ is and how best to improve their buildings,” explains Ivi Sims, CEO and founder Bulcs Holdings.
“The Healthy Buildings Scorecard is a free self-assessment tool that lets you quickly see what is working well for your building occupants and where improvements can be made.”
The benchmark ratings enable users to demonstrate best practice and can be used as a pathway to gaining local and international IAQ certifications such as NABERS or WELL.
“We’ve had a great response both locally and internationally, especially from HVAC service providers. It facilitates a common language and starts a conversation with the building manager and the service provider,” explains Scott Gregson of Bulcs Holdings.
IAQ Ventilation will be presenting The Healthy Buildings Scorecard at the AIRAH Tech Talk on 27 October. Visit airah.org.au to register.
IAQ Ventilation will also be holding training events throughout the year. If you are interested in learning more, visit iaqventilation.com.au.
