TCL business manager for air conditioning, Martin Patience, said the pandemic has everyone thinking more about the quality of the air in their homes.
“People used to focus only on comfortable indoor temperature and humidity when considering an air conditioning system. Now, they look for features that provide thermal comfort and mitigate airborne health risks,” he said.
TCL’s T-Pro Split System Air Conditioning Units are available in 2.6KW, 3.5KW, 5.2KW, 7.2KW capacities and, as of early 2023, an 8KW system will be introduced into the range.
“The T-Pro Series works with Google Assistant and Alexa, and can connect to a smart TV, smart phone and any compatible devices via the TCL Home App,” Patience said.
“Users can activate and control their AC remotely, making it easy to turn it on and off, adjust speed and temperature.”
TCL incorporated built-in air purification and self-cleaning functions that reduce germs and purify the air before it is released into the environment.
“This results in cleaner, healthier air for the home and office,” Patience continued.
T-Pro’s specially-engineered Gentle Breeze function ensures cool air flows in a way that's natural and more comfortable.
With up to 1422 micro-holes perfectly spaced across the S-Shaped airflow vanes, it creates a soft laminar airflow that reduces cold drafts commonly found in traditional split systems.
