Panasonic has released its new range of air-conditioning products with an emphasis on user convenience and comfort, incorporating the latest remote control and voice control technology, along with the revolutionary nanoe X air purifying system.
The new models range from 2.0kW to 22.4kW and all feature R32 refrigerant.
The flagship residential unit, the Premium Reverse Cycle R32 Wall Split System, boasts superior performance and functionality, whether it is being used for cooling, heating or air purification.
Added to this is Panasonic’s smart, Wi-Fi control option, which enables users to tailor their air-conditioning needs with a simple voice command using Amazon Alexa or Google Home.
This functionality is available on R32 air conditioning products, giving consumers total comfort and convenience on-the-go, perfect for busy Australian lifestyles.
The flagship model is also fitted with Panasonic’s innovative air purification technology, nanoeX, which allows the air conditioner to improve the quality of air users breathe by neutralising harmful pollutants such as allergens, bacteria and odours.
On average, an individual breathes approximately 18kg of air every day - with Panasonic’s nanoeX technology, users can be sure that they are inhaling clean air, enabling healthier and more productive home and work environments.
Sensitive Choice recognises nanoe X purification technology as an air purifying solution, suitable for those with asthma or allergies. Sensitive Choice is a community program developed by the National Asthma Council Australia that aims to educate people about the importance of managing their asthma and allergies.
With one in nine Australians having asthma, Sensitive Choice program manager, Adele Taylor, said it is crucial that organisations design and develop products and services keeping those 2.5 million people in mind.
“Panasonic’s new 2019 nanoe X purification solution has been rigorously reviewed by our expert product Advisory Panel, and has been proven to offer a potential benefit to those with asthma or allergies," she said.
In addition to the premium R32 Reverse Cycle system, the nanoe X sensor is also available for Panasonic’s 4 Way Cassette system.
The new 2019 range also includes reverse cycle wall split systems, multi-split systems (both indoor and outdoor), whole-house-ducted systems as well as light commercial solutions.
Panasonic Australia product marketing manager, air conditioning, Jack Tey, said the company is providing consumers and end-users with one of the widest product ranges in the industry.
“Our new state-of-the-art, 2019 products strengthen our position in the market, with Panasonic now having one of the widest R32 air conditioning ranges in the industry,” Tey said.
“We are delighted to offer tailor-made solutions for everyone, whether customers are looking for efficient air conditioning for their office space or for reliable home air conditioners.
“We know our customers are always looking for greater freedom and control when it comes to heating, cooling and air purifying solutions, so we’re very excited about our nanoe X technology and our remote and voice control options, which are set to enhance consumer lifestyles and add immense value to our product range.”
All of Panasonic’s new air-conditioning products will use R32 refrigerant with side discharge outdoors.
Tey said the 2019 range will continue to uphold high standards of reliability and durability to survive extreme Australian temperatures and harsh outdoor environments.
With the exception of the Premium Reverse Cycle Wall Hung Splits which will be available in June 2019, all other products are available now via Panasonic Air Conditioning specialist dealers, with full five-year parts and labour warranty.
