In its inaugural consumer survey, Finder has announced Australia’s Favourite Air, Fujitsu General, as the best rated split system air conditioner brand[1].
The award is based on a survey of Australian consumers, of which 94 per cent recommend Fujitsu General air conditioning split systems, which achieved the highest overall score of 4.38 out of 5.
Fujitsu General Australia’s general manager of sales & marketing, Dave Smith, said the company is committed to being Australia’s Favourite Air through an unprecedented focus on culture, innovation and customer satisfaction.
“We're delighted to receive Finder's retail award for best split system air conditioner brand voted by Australian consumers. It's the second award we’ve received this year, which is scored independently by the Australian public on their firsthand experience with Fujitsu General,” he said.
Fujitsu General split system air conditioners also received high scores for quietness, design and quality.
“Fujitsu General’s continuous pursuit in delivering excellence relies on our commitment to create a wholistic customer care experience, recognising that reliability and high quality doesn’t start and end with product and features. It’s being there for the entire customer journey throughout the life of their air conditioning system.”
The Finder Retail Brand Survey asked Australian consumers for ratings across multiple features including cooling performance, value for money, energy efficiency, quietness, ease of installation, and design and quality.
The Lifestyle range of wall mounted split systems is Fujitsu General’s most efficient with a selection of models featuring an improved star rating for heating and/or cooling modes. Fujitsu General’s latest Lifestyle range, the KMTC reverse cycle wall mounted split systems feature a sleek and smooth finish for seamless integration into contemporary homes.
