Panasonic Australia and Pacific Ventilation of the Systemair AB Group will work together to market a large-scale commercial air conditioning and ventilation solution.
Locally, the first stage of the collaboration will see Panasonic Australia and Pacific Ventilation work together to market Pacific Ventilation’s indoor DX Air Handling Units and Panasonic’s Variable Refrigerant Flow (FSV) outdoor units.
This is in line with Panasonic Corporation’s strategic partnership with Systemair AB Group, which seeks to leverage existing technology and expertise from both parties to create bespoke project solutions.
This solution is designed for applications such as shopping centres, large grocery stores and hospitals. Infinitely scalable, as a project or commercial site evolves and grows, the VRF DX-AHU solution scales up or down as needed.
All units come with plug and play smart technology and can be monitored on-site or remotely across multiple locations.
Panasonic Australia country head (air conditioning), Tomoki Miyamoto, said the partnership opens up a new line of business for Panasonic, and working together will satisfy customers’ growing requirements for ventilation solutions in the large commercial sector.
Pacific Ventilation managing director, Peter Gibson, said the new offering reflects the engineering excellence of two companies dedicated to improving people’s lives through cleaner, safer air.
“As a subsidiary of Systemair AB Group, we are in a unique position to support this market space with many design options and solutions for customers to choose from,” he said.
“Worldwide, Systemair AB Group has a powerful presence in the AHU market. By working with Panasonic Australia, we extend the Group’s capacity to provide best in class solutions to the Australia and New Zealand region.”
