ARBS Project Excellence Finalists 

  • A.G. Coombs: Allianz Stadium, Mechanical and HVAC Services
  • LCI and A.G. Coombs, in collaboration with Cox and John Holland Group, delivered the sustainable Allianz Stadium, opened in 2022, featuring energy-efficient HVAC systems and saving significant energy annually. 
  • Benmax: Canberra Grammar School Music Centre and Auditorium 
    Using geothermal technology with a modular polyvalent GSHP system, achieving significant energy usage reduction and eliminating fossil gas emissions. 
  • NDY: Murdoch University Boola Katijin

  • Sensibo: Integrates ChatGPT into Smart HVAC

    A smart platform centralising building operations data on a singular cloud-based interface, enhancing operational performance and sustainability. 

ARBS Young Achiever 

  • Mark Elliott: Devlin Engineering & Management
  • Mark has rapidly progressed from a recent university graduate with minimal experience to a respected HVAC&R designer and a leader admired for his expertise. 
  • Matt Bond, Grosvenor Engineering 
    From service technician to National Service Delivery Manager, Matt's leadership and innovation in asset management and sustainability are shaping the industry's future. 
  • Mitchell Stevens, Superior Air Conditioning 
    Demonstrating a holistic vision for the industry, Mitchell is recognised for his technical proficiency, mentorship, and commitment to sustainability and regulatory compliance. 
  • Travis Schick, NRG Services 
    Celebrated for his technical excellence and leadership, Travis has made his mark in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry through technical excellence and leadership. 

The ARBS 2024 Industry Awards will culminate in a gala dinner to be held in the ICC Ballroom on the evening of 29 May 2024.
